Combining the USB-232A-1 (USB to Dual RS232 Adapter) and two units of TTL33-232-1 (Port-powered RS232/TTL 3.3V converter) allows you to convert USB to two channels of 3.3V TTL/CMOS compatible levels and vice versa.
