SHIPPING POLICY
LG Solutions, Inc. provides worldwide shipping for CommFront products. Given availability of items ordered, domestic orders are normally shipped the next business day unless, expedited shipping options are selected. Large quantities or custom orders may take longer and customer will be notified of ETA. Express shipping options are available. Estimate of cost and delivery method are available before you approve your purchase when you check out on our website Data-Converters.com. Shipping & handling costs are not refundable once service is rendered.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Data-Converters.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
RETURN POLICY
Satisfaction guaranteed! You may return items sold by Data-Converters.com within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less shipping and handling charges) by the same method in which payment was received, if the product is undamaged and in original packaging.
Please complete the RMA form to get allocated a RMA number, returns shall only be accepted when a valid RMA number has been issued. RMA numbers are valid for 14 business days after receipt.
Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In addition, we can only issue partial refunds for the return of any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts.

REFUND POLICY
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Data-Converters.com, such return and refund requests must be done within 30 days of purchase. Note: Software, shipping & handling costs are not refundable once activated, license code delivered, or service is rendered.
We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days upon receiving your return. However, please note that we do not issue refunds after 30 days of purchase.
All custom orders are non-returnable and non-cancelable.
